D.L.: When a person has not “chemo” for a long time, he has already lost all the muscles that could be lost, so it will be difficult to “crumble” - there is nothing to scatter! Before the first course (meaning not necessarily the first course at all, but also the first course after a long break), the hormonal system is already working “on its own”, and only those muscles remain on the body, which can only be “killed” somehow perverted in training.

G: Based on the foregoing, it is obvious that you do not believe in a set of high-quality “mass” without fat?

D.L.: Possessing "average" genetics, the "user" of the AU must clearly decide for himself what exactly he wants? Prepare for competitions and gain “supermass” (the term is used without any joke, super is for this particular individual) in the off-season followed by “drying”, or be relatively “dry” all year round And gain quite a bit, but “quality”. A set of "quality meat" is, of course, an attractive thing, but if nature does not release the tendency to "dryness", then this process becomes very difficult and time-consuming. If an athlete participates in competitions once a year, he achieves "quality", God forbid, if for a month. It will be “in quality” constantly - it will not progress in volumes - this is an axiom. Returning to the topic: doing “for yourself” and want to do a mass-gaining cycle - first get rid of fat. When pot-bellied guys start gaining "mass", I sincerely feel sorry for them. G: Let's assume that in the beginning there is still some excess fat and it is necessary to "dry out". What then?

D.L.: Then the first course of such an athlete is oxandrolone + ECA (a combination of ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin), and that's it. Oxandrolone will gently stimulate and maintain muscle volumes, and ECA will burn fat deposits. By the way, for a couple of years now, the ban on ECA has been lifted in many US states. Since our legislative system likes to copy the approach of this particular country, I wonder if the negative approach to this basically harmless and the only really effective fat burner will change in the Russian Federation? What are the benefits of such an approach? Firstly, such "drying" will be noticeably more effective and painless than "natural". At the same time, the user will practically not be affected by those “horror speakers” that are used to frighten the townsfolk. A small digression: in addition to the fact that, in fact, almost all of these "horrors" are purely far-fetched, oxandrolone is one of the most harmless AS, designed to be taken by women and children. G: So you say that stanozolol is harmful to the ligaments?

D.L.: I do not claim, but simply saw ligaments in lifters torn as a result of taking this drug. When they didn't use it, the ligaments were intact.

G: Is it possible to make a form without stanozolol at all?

D.L.: There is a danger of going deep into the jungle (laughs). It is impossible to prepare without it, but it must be used wisely, for a short time, possibly combined with novocaine, which will give a milder and more prolonged effect.

G: So, we found out that even if your goal is to gain "mass", you still need to start with "drying" if you have excess fat. What then, when you have already picked up the "meat"? Sudden regime change and weight loss? Or some more benign options?

D.L.: Intermediate hardening of the musculature should definitely be present. This phase can be called formative. "Meat" should become "quality", "produced". Previously, this has always been practiced by athletes. And now everything has come down to two stages: scored - “dry”. As a result, with this approach, a significant part of the typed is lost. And if there was an intermediate phase aimed at tightening the muscles, there would be more “meat”.

G: What drugs are used at this stage?

D.L.: Of course, we are talking about drugs that retain not so much water. You dial on "water" drugs, and they obviously "glow" for some time after the withdrawal. And against their background, drugs with a high androgenic index are connected, but holding water to a much lesser extent. There is, as it were, a “change in body composition”, that is, the athlete’s weight remains without much change, but the specific proportion of muscles increases due to a decrease in the amount of water and, to some extent, fat, since aerobic loads and dietary restrictions are already beginning to actively connect. Previously, a combination of testosterone propionate, injectable primobolan and oral stanozolol was popular in this phase, but the current criteria for "mass" require more powerful combinations. The main drug in this phase is trenbolone in the form of acetate or tritren + testosterone itself (long or short - this is individual for each athlete) + possibly stanozolol or drostanolone (masteron). The average duration of the "forming phase" is 6-8 weeks. I will also add that I consider injectable trenbolone the most powerful of the AU. And the most dangerous - because its potential side effects hit, first of all, the most painful area for any man: the permanent state of "half past six" is scary. To prevent this from happening, you need to use trenbolone very carefully - firstly, limit the duration of its use to "cycles" of 6-8 weeks. Secondly, do not use it often, maximum - 2 times a year. Thirdly, never stop the course on trenbolone and use testosterone and stanozolol for at least another 3-4 weeks after its cancellation. And, fourthly, in parallel with tren, use drugs that minimize its side effects for the genital area: Proviron and Dostinex. As for the oral form of trenbolone, its bioavailability is catastrophically low and therefore it must be used in very high dosages. D.L.: Here we risk getting confused in terms. If we mean by “drying” getting rid of subcutaneous fat and giving the muscles “relief”, then this process is also very active in the “forming phase”, especially in its second part, when the effect of “water-pressure” drugs comes to naught. Of course, that all this happens against the background of appropriate training, diet and aerobic exercise - this seems to be taken for granted. I will express a seditious thought: for those who do not aspire to participate in competitions, the “relief” that is achieved in the “formative” phase may be quite enough. For those who are prone to masochism and have not abandoned the idea of ​​​​entering the stage of bodybuilding competitions, the last phase is “drying” and “eyeliner”. The basis of success here is by no means drugs, but a diet and a regimen of water “draining” that are correctly selected for a particular athlete. Everything is so individual here that it is not worth voicing it unequivocally, because, having read such advice in isolation from a particular athlete, a neophyte can foolishly try to simply copy what he read without taking into account the corrections for the individual reaction of his body and end up in a hospital bed. In general, and in general, with regard to the preparations directly in this phase, it is definitely better to refuse those that “hold water”, and these may turn out to be completely different preparations for each particular individual. Definitely good in this phase are drugs that not only do not hold water, but also contribute to its removal - for example, stanozolol and "short" masteron (especially the oleate version).

G: And primobolan?

D.L.: Primobolan is a very specific drug. His reception seems to me expedient only in two cases: either for beginners and women, although I categorically do not approve of the use of steroids by ladies. And the second option - in conjunction with testosterone and oxymetholone to reduce all kinds of side effects the last one. Yes, as I said above, earlier (10 years ago) the "stack" for "eyeliner" from winstrol, primobolan and oxandrolone was quite popular, but now few people use it in this phase.

When athletes, having eaten a lot of methane, are suddenly waiting for some kind of miraculous effect from oxandrolone, I want to sincerely feel sorry for them. Purely my opinion - it makes sense for men to use oxandrolone only to maintain muscles in the final phase of preparation for BB competitions. Well, at the initial stage of acquaintance with the AU. D.L.: I would advise NOTHING. The desire of women to become like men in terms of muscle development and all the accompanying metamorphoses seem to me quite unnatural. For those ladies who are already “too late to drink Borjomi”, the safest set of drugs is injectable Primobolan for the set and oxandrolone for “drying”. Also, until recently, oral turinabol was used by women because it was possible to skip doping control on it. Now, firstly, doping tests have improved, and Oral Turinabol is found in the body 50-60 days after the end of the intake. And the second point is that preparations containing oral-turinabol itself cannot be found in Russia now. That is, those who used, as they believed, oral-turinabol, then came across amicably on doping control, which showed the presence in the body of metabolites of completely different substances.
