In the summer heat, we are drawn to nature, to the cool water of lakes and rivers. But it’s not always possible to escape the stuffy city and plunge into the water of natural springs. Moreover, in St. Petersburg they often do not have time to warm up to normal temperature. Therefore, swimming pools become a salvation for residents in the summer heat.

Not every pool remains open in the summer; many go on vacation. Although not from the very beginning of summer, most of the swimming pools in St. Petersburg are not open in July and August. The exception will almost always be commercial swimming pools at fitness centers; they are open at any time of the year, but to visit them you often need to take out a subscription to the services of a fitness center or gym. But there are more acceptable options.
